Website Use

Use the site for lawful purposes.

Visitors and students may not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit false information, interfere with course systems, copy protected training content for unauthorized use, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Student Accounts

Accounts are for the enrolled student only.

Students are responsible for keeping login information secure and for completing training honestly. Course access, quizzes, exams, certificates, and completion records are tied to the enrolled student and may not be shared with another person.

Training Information

Course guidance is educational and informational.

Website content, state guidance, course descriptions, and training material are designed to help students prepare and understand requirements. They do not replace legal advice, official agency guidance, or current laws and regulations.

Payments And Refunds

Purchases are subject to course pricing and the refund policy.

Course prices, in-person class fees, checkout details, and refund or rescheduling options may vary by course type. Refund and rescheduling questions are handled under the Refund Policy linked in the footer.

Licensing And Eligibility

Training does not guarantee licensing approval.

Guardian Shield Academy can provide training and completion records, but state agencies, employers, background checks, eligibility standards, and licensing decisions are outside the academy's control.

In-Person Requirements

Some training must be completed in person.

Concealed carry classes, renewal classes, requalification, live-fire training, and the final 8-hour portion of the 28-hour firearm course require in-person attendance. Students must follow instructor directions, safety rules, scheduling instructions, and range/classroom expectations.
